This course will take you through a series of yin yoga classes. One for each of the 7 chakras. Yin Yoga is a meditative practice. An opportunity to cultivated a deep sense of awareness and presence. Deeply connected to center.
We use the chakras as symbols when we move through each chakra to release and free tension stored in your body to create space and freedom in both body, spirit and mind.
