10 Minute “Day Starter Yoga Shred”
I am not a morning person.
Not when I was a baby, and not now! Ask my mama.
So I designed a Yoga Shred workout for when we literally roll out of bed in the morning.
It will slowly build up your energy and heat, to strengthen you while it melts away the connective tissue knitting that builds up within your body, muscles and joints all night while you sleep, causing stiffness.
Plus it gives you a great workout too!
