Here’s why I made TBT30 for you:
I’m 46 years old, and I look and feel stronger, leaner, more energized than I did when I was 20. I was 40 pounds overweight back then, and I got closer to my healthiest weight with yoga.
But yoga wasn’t enough, and long, hard gym workouts only left me exhausted, and still puffy.
With the TBT30 Program, something I do for my main workout practice to this day, FINALLY I burned away that last stubborn 10 pounds. I toned up my whole body, optimized my cardio like a boss—and OMGoddess — at 46, I suddenly have abs!
And I did this all while decreasing the amount of time I exercised from 2 hours most days to about 90 minutes—total, for the whole week!

Days will alternate between Yoga Shred™ workout videos (A blend of Yoga and High Intensity Interval Training) and my favorite healthy recipes. Each Sunday, we will end the week with a yoga flow. Each day will take less than 25 minutes of your time and I sprinkled in motivational videos and content throughout to keep you going!
